Ā· Individuals (or an appropriate adult acting on their behalf ) who have wishes to use direct payments or individual budget, or who is self financing .
Ā· Acute Admission Wards (For step down Accommodation )

About Us
Empower-U services (EUS) is a provider of high quality supported accommodation for individuals living with enduring mental health condition. Individuals are supported in a home that they hold the tenancy to.. We provide high, medium and low level support needs; from 24 hours a day to only a few hours a day, depending on individual diverse needs.
At Empower-U Service, we provide gatekeeping beds ,as admission avoidance to clients that fit our services . We also provide accommodation to support early discharge from acute hospital in– patient care.
This service is geared towards recovery . We will work closely with the Community Mental Health Teams, Crisis and Home Treatment Teams,. to maximise independent living skills to enable clients’ move into more independent accommodation as and when able.
We empower people to make their choices and achieve outcomes which matter to them .
